Our animals are reared to the highest standards of welfare on pasture managed land under the Countryside Stewardship Scheme. We use no artificial fertilisers or pesticides, raising traditional breeds as nature intended. All our meat is bred and killed locally, and hung properly for flavour. All cuts are separately packaged and clearly labelled. Our meat is usually available between October and December. Available either for collection from the farm or delivered fresh to your door, ready for cooking or freezing. That's not many food miles.
